The primary design function of Benefil polymer resin is to fill civil engineering voids and naturally occurring cavities. Where structural support is required the compressive strength values shown below may be used.

The list shown, although not exhaustive, contains chemicals likely to come into contact with Benefil polymer resin during normal use. A ‘good’ rating indicates chemical absorption will have little or no effect on the cell structure of the polymer. A ‘poor’ rating indicates that damage may occur as a result of contamination which may lead to for example, shrinkage of the polymer.

BENEFIL™

Multi-Purpose, super lightweight, engineering filler / grout
An economical and fast alternative to convectional void filling

What is Benefil?

• A unique, pre-expanded structural resin that becomes super-light in weight.
  It is produced on site form a liquid base-slowly or at much higher volumes dependent on the need.
  It can be poured, pumped or injected into holes, voids and interstitial spaces-or laterally over long distances.
  Pre-expanded before placement and whit a short gel time, Benefil will displace residual liquids and can be applied underwater.
  Not a liquid, not a solid, it flows only under applied pressure-unit it gels and begins to set hard. The slump characteristics are controllable and the material does not run away.
  Benefil is environmentally neutral, inert, solvent free, non-toxic and non-flammable. It can be recycled for agricultural purposes and can be disposed of in landfill.

Benefil® also supports, raises and/or re-levels concrete slabs (floor lifting), ebb and flow systems in greenhouses.

Benefil® fills underground tanks, absorbs hydro-carbons, making tanks safe from explosion.
