Lifting subsided concrete floors

  • As a result of the soil composition in numerous regions of various countries many companies and private owners are confronted with subsidence of concrete floors. We have developed a technique where Bacel® hardfoam lifts the subsided floor back to its original level.
    Procedure: Before work starts, our experts examine the floor and a quotation is made based on their findings.

  • After written agreement the commission will be executed as follows:
    Holes of 45 mm are drilled in the subsided floor
    Plugs are placed in these holes
    The foam is pumped at a low pressure through these plugs from the truck
    The floor is controlled during the lifting by means of laser equipment
    If you calculate that 1 bar is equal to 1 kg/cm2 work pressure and you then calculate that 1 m2 is 10,000 cm2 - it may be said that a work pressure of 1 bar equals 10 ton/m3.
    This explains the simplicity of our technique.
