Benefil - re levelling

  • Residential, commercial and industrial concrete floors are re-supported, raised and re-levelled quickly, economically and with minimal disruption.
    Walls, windows and doors usually return to correct positions as floors are lifted.
    Your operations can continue while we're working - we treat one area at a time and can work at night. There's usually no need vacate or to move stock or machinery. No excavation. No mess, dust or water. Slab joints are re-aligned, trip hazards eliminated and forklifts can run smoothly just 30 minutes later.
    Further slab deterioration is arrested.

  • Injected under sunken concrete floors or driveways, Benefil firstly fills any voids and then, with even pressure, raises the concrete back to its correct position.
    The process is carefully controlled and guided by laser. Floors and other structures threatened by erosion (eg flood damage or large washout caused by a broken water pipe) can be quickly stabilised, re-supported and/or re-levelled. Lost soils are replaced by Benefil. There is usually no need to vacate premises. Most jobs can be done in one day.
